Day 38 – standing Pilates in a Sydney terrace

Day 38 – today was another fun filled day of pain education followed by wining and dining with friends in the evening. After my experience of floorboard Pilates at almost midnight the other day though, I have managed to plan better and fit in a standing Pilates session between the course and dinner. For 20 minutes I did a series of standing roll downs, standing footwork, skater and balance work.
