Day 34 – Ever since Jan 1 when I first tried Rhythm Pilates I have been really keen to try another Lisa Hubbard class. However in view of my goal to exposure myself to a wide variety of styles and teachers I decided to try a mixture of other Pilates Anytime classes first. I really enjoyed the last class of hers which I did on my first day of my Pilates Resolution. However I thought it would be smarter this time to do the breakdown class before the full class. Phew, breakdown class, this was a workout on its own. At 40 minutes in length it is actually longer the full class (which is set to a quicker pace with music and very flowing) and really gets you working hard. There’s nice variety to the exercises included and Lisa explains the counting of the exercises as you go so you will know the pace for actual class. I loved it but I’m a little nervous of doing the full class now!
(I was hoping to do the actual class the following day but ran out of time and then spent the next week in Sydney, but I will give it a go in the next week)
