Day 33 – foam roller session on my own

Day 33 – For those of you who are wondering, the reason I have fallen so far behind on my blog is that I have been in Sydney attending a course pain management, particularly for chronic pain. I decided to write about it here because I think it is very relevant to Pilates. For those of you who are more interested you can see an article I’ve written on the topic here. More on that later.
While I have been very busy and struggling to keep up with my blog you’ll be happy to know I have maintained my daily Pilates, although I have struggled to attend as many classes.
Today I did my own 20 minutes session using the foam roller. Still currently my favourite prop, I mostly did supine abdominals exercises but also through in swan dive and thread the needle in four point kneeling.
