Day 30 – 30 consecutive days of Pilates done! I’m already feeling stronger and more stable and much more confident about continuing my Pilates commitment throughout the year. Today I went to a group reformer class taught by Mia at LIVe Pilates Applecross. Mia certainly got us sweating today and as usual I was kept on my toes with another exercise I hadn’t done before. Which begs the question, can you ever know every Pilates exercise? I don’t think so, as I think of Pilates as system of exercise, rather than a list, such that it is constantly evolving. What are your thoughts?
