Day 20 – Roller workout with Cecile Bankston

Day 20 – I did my workout at LIVe Pilates again today using Pilates Anytime, however as no one else was in the bigger studio I played the class on my laptop rather than mobile to make it easier to see. I chose a 30 minutes mat class with the foam roller instructed by Cecile Bankston of Kathy Corey Pilates.

  

I just love the foam roller. It is definitely my favourite prop at the moment. It allows such great combinations of mobility and stability in a class and is cheap and light enough to own one yourself.
