Day 14 – today I did a 20 minute mat stretch based class with Leah Stewart via Pilates Anytime. You can see the class here. Leah specialises in pre and post natal Pilates, and this class was designed as a pre-natal class. No, I’m not pregnant, but I did feel like stretching and mobilising. So seeing as I’m trying to include variety in my workouts and expose myself to different types of Pilates I figured why not do a pre-natal class.
The class was just what I needed today, lots of mermaid based exercises and spinal mobility and at a nice slower relaxed pace. I’m feeling recharged and ready for the rest of the weekend. Thank you Leah!
