Day 12 – today is the first day since I started I that didn’t really feel like doing Pilates. I went for a barefoot run yesterday on the beach, which I have never done before, and today my calves and hamstrings are very sore!
Luckily today’s class didn’t have too much legwork in it and I know I will feel much better tomorrow compared to if I hadn’t exercises today (not to mention how bad I would feel about failing my resolution so early on).
Today was a one hour group reformer class at LIVe Pilates South Perth, taught by the lovely Mia. She was even kind enough to let me decrease the springs on a few exercises (and increase them for bridging!)
