Day 9 – and the first time this year I have managed two classes in a day!
I choose this one, a 50 minute level 2 mat workout. I loved all the deep abdominal work and particularly the sequencing of the exercises. The side lift one armed pushups nearly killed me though! Something to work on throughout the year!
This afternoon at work (LIVe Pilates Applecross) I had a gap between clients so I took the opportunity and jumped in on a group reformer class taught by Chael Hilton Stott Pilates Instructor Trainer. As with all of Chael’s classes it was a fun technique focused class that left me feeling more centred and stable then when I walked in.
