Day 7 – one week down, 51 to go!

Day 7 – another hostel mat Pilates session. This time in the common tv room which was much more spacious than the dorm room and luckily fairly deserted.
My session lasted 40 minutes and included:
Bridging with arm arcs
Chest lift
Side to side
Reverse curls
Roll over
Criss cross
Roll up
Spine stretch
Childs pose to swan
Swan dive
Book openings

This means my first week of my Pilates resolution is done, and I am pleased to report I have succeeded.
Rule 1 – do at least 15 minutes of Pilates per day. Check. The minimum I did this week was 20 minutes.
Rule 2 – the week`s total Pilates must be at least 3.5 hours. Check. My total this week was 4 hours 10 minutes.
Rule 3 – at least 2 hours must be with an instructor or online class. Check. This week I did 1 hour with an instructor, Tim at Live Pilates, and 1.5 hours through Pilates Anytime.
I`m very happy, especially considering I have been away the last few days.
Next week should be a lot easier.
