Day 6 – Classical style mat Pilates with Adrianne Crawford

Today I got up early(ish) and did a 40 minute mat class on the floor of my hostel dorm room watching Pilates Anytime on my ipad (we have reception here yay!)
It was an unfortunate coincidence that the floor was rather hard, my mat rather thin, and the class full of rolling exercises.
Also, I was interrupted by the hostel manager showing a new guest to our dorm (there was only one spare bed so I had thought I was pretty safe from this occurring) who didn’t hide her surprise very well – “Oh you`ve certainly made yourself at home.”
I did enjoy Adrianne Crawford`s Romana`s Pilates style classical class however the distractions meant I didn`t get as much out of it as I could have. I will have to put this class on my re-take list.

Laura this is seriously inspiring! We have had a few other folks do a challenge similar to this and I’d love to tell people what you are doing in hopes they will be inspired too. Would you mind if I wrote a short blog post about it on Pilates Anytime? If so, can you tell me what inspired you to do this 30 day challenge?
