Happy new year!
It is finally 2012 and so I have locked in my Pilates new years resolution.
There’s nothing like direct debit to increase your motivation!
I have decided to keep the rules I originally drew up, that is,
- each session much be at least 15 minutes long
- the weeks total Pilates must be at least 3.5 hours
- at least 2 hours of that must be either with an instructor or an online class using Pilates Anytime
Get out of jail free: the only exception to these rules is if I am physically too sick or injured to get out of bed. Touch wood this won’t happen anyway.
I am going to blog each Pilates session as a record of my Pilates life 2012 so expect reviews of different Pilates styles throughout.
